1. I have a new founded fetish for random gifs and pics on the internet. I think this came from reading too much MarkReadsHarryPotter. He likes using random gifs to express his reactions and I think that kinda wore off on me. I also have like the most ginormous collection of funny harry potter related pictures that I want to show everyone. But I won't vomit them all out at once. I'll just show them to you bit by bit. What, you don't want to see anymore?? Well too bad >:(
2. I feel so nerdy when I say this but Liverpool Library is so AWESOME. The last time I went there was about 3 years ago... But I went again today I only just realised the full extent of its awesomeness. Like omg, the checkout counter is omg. Ok, mb I'm overreacting. I need to get out more :(
3. I wish people would blog more. I don't only want to write. I want to read what about people write too.
4. Yesterday my sister fell off her RipStik and kinda smacked her face against the pavement. Ouch. Now she's got like a massive bump on the side of her face that she keeps telling me to feel. I told her she looks like a victim of domestic abuse.
5. My Daily Desktop Calender says "May you have warmth in your igloo, oil in your lamp, and peace in your heart." - Eskimo Proverb. I don't have many of these left but the good news is, I bought a new one for 2011 at the shops today. It's not a quotes one this time though. I'll elaborate more in a further post.
6. My cousin bought me a Junior Masterchef Cookbook for christmas. I looked at him like "seriously? Do you want me to burn down this whole townhouse or something?" According to him, I should be a reporter "because you can write stuff and shit...". Hmm that's actually not a bad idea. Apart from the fact that I have zero interest in current affairs.
7. Douchebaggery is my new favourite word. Move over, discombobulate.
8. Moulin Rouge is such a weird movie. It's strange how some parts could be so epic but then other parts make you want to bang your head against a door or something.

Seems like Mark from Mark Reads The Hunger Games realised the same thing that I did: that Peeta + Katniss = Peeniss. But he also pointed out that Katniss + Peeta can also = Katpee. LOL. Yeh, I just wanted to tell everyone that.... feel free to ignore me.
I made a facebook the other day. Don't worry blog, I'll still keep blogging. You're like my safety net y'know. If facebook was the big, scary world, you'd be my little sanctuary tucked away in the furthest corners of the globe. Plus I think blogging's more for me. I have so much to say and none of it is about my current status. LOL.
Last night I finished reading "Last Sacrifice" - by Richelle Mead. It was pretty good I guess. Better than the one before it. Ok I have to admit. I'm biased. Part of the reason why I liked it was because there was a lot of Dimitri whereas the book before it was lacking in that area. I won't spoil it for the people who haven't read it yet so all I'll say is that it was good. And everything ended the way I wanted it to end.
Oh, normally I would post the cover of the book BUT this book's cover is UGLY. Seriously, it ruined my image of Rose. Instead, I will post a Hunger Games related picture. I know you're sick of them but too bad >:(
BTW, I realised this a few days ago. You know how couples usually have combined nicknames? For example Brad + Angelina = Brangelina. Well I just realised that,
Peeta + Katniss = PeenissO_O
Yesterday was fun LOL. I never knew how relaxing a ferry ride could be - my last ferry ride was in Year 2 or something. And Sydney really is beautiful. If I was a tourist, I would totally take a gazillion photos of the harbour as well.
The zoo was pretty epic too. Tian and I had a goal of seeing at least 90% of the animals before we left and I'm pretty sure we went above and beyond that goal. The last 10 minutes were quite funny though cause we were aiming to go see the deer but we only had 10 minutes to get there and it was all the way on the other side of the park. Five minutes were spent getting lost due to my awesome navigation skills and we wasted a lot of time looking at random animals (otters, OMFG). We then limited ourselves to 3 seconds an animals cause otherwise, we wouldn't get there in time. But when we did get there, we all agreed that the deer were pretty shit and that watching the bearcat do a number 2 was probably more interesting.
I guess its the journey that matters LOL. Right, Year 11 english?
But anyway, I'm offically one week into the holidays already. I think I had a goal of rereading Harry Potter but it is so hard to find the first book. Meh, Elyn says she'll lend it to me though so ok :) Oh and I almost forgot. I have a new kitchen. For the past 2 weeks, my kitchen has been totally destroyed and rebuilt again. That kinda means that for the past 2 weeks, I have had to live on migoren and take-out. Very unhealthy but I probably worked it all off from yesterday's walk. The walls have been tiled over and we've gotten new countertops. I'll show you guys a picture in my next post or something.
It kinda makes me want to cook for once.... Although it's probably best for everyone who lives in this townhouse that I don't.
French Lesson 2
Q: Tu parle quelle langue? (What language do you speak?) - sounds like "Tu parl ke long"
A: Je parle anglais et chinois. (I speak English and Chinese)
And that's all I remember from what my sister said LOL.
What else have I been doing? LOL. Well, I kinda started maplestory again. But I got this really tragic haircut on the first day and I had to cover it with a hat so it kinda put me off. HAHA. Stuff you maplestory and your gay haircuts. Not all of us are willing to spend real money to get fake hair coupons. Seriously. I betcha you give people tragic haircuts just to make them buy nx to replace it. I'M ONTO YOU MAPLESTORY.
Anyways, Imma gonna stop blogging now and get off my sister's laptop. Au revoir! (That's goodbye right?)
P.S. I'm probably gonna make a facebook either today or tomorrow. I've been meaning to the whole year but knowing me, I've forgotten/ been distracted by something else. But I will this time. Really.
I always thought Draco and Hermione should've gotten together. Dramione would've been so cute. Admit it, who doesn't want to see the good girl get the bad boy? LOL. My favourite part of the 3rd movie was when Hermione punched Malfoy anyway.

- Read the whole Harry Potter series again. This time, IN THE RIGHT ORDER.
- Get a job so my parents will stop bugging me
- Do my history extension project - at least a quarter of it since our progress logs are gonna get checked at the beginning of Term 1
- GO TO MELBOURNE AND QUEENSLAND! We've bought the tickets already and will be going sometime near January the 8th XD
- Finish my holiday homework early so I don't need to bother about it near the end of the holidays.
- Have a sleepover at Tians' because she's got new floorboards.
- Have a movie marathon at Tians' because she's got a new TV.
- Have a party at Tians'.... just because we can.
- Make Nancy watch a barbie movie with us - easier said than done.
- And most importantly: learn French in preparation for next year's overseas trip.
To help with my last dot point, I will be posting all the French words/phrases on this blog so that I don't forget them. My sister will be helping me because she takes French and Japanese classes at school. I'm aiming at 3-4 sentences each week but we'll see. I remember learning a bit of French back in year 7 but I've already forgotten most (if not all) of it...

I think I jinxed myself 4 posts ago.
Tutor class ended at 6pm today, the exact same time its been ending for the PAST YEAR. My dad didn't come pick me up until 6:32 pm. His excuse was "Oh, your mum forgot."And then when I asked why, he didn't say anything and, turned aggro on me and told me off for not bringing my phone.
This is the 7th time someone forgot to pick me up. If it happens again, I swear I'm calling the Child Neglect Hotline.
And I can't believe she's going to Presentation Day tomorrow. The person who told me that she doesn't really care what I come at school, forgets to pick me up from tutor and doesn't even give a shit what music lessons I take is going to come to the assembly tomorrow and act like a parent-who-cares. Well you know what? I'm going to act like the child-who-doesn't-know-who-you-are.

- Switch to the underground line and take a train to Macquarie Uni

- Stay for the lectures until about 1
- Take a train to Chatswood
- Take a train to Wynyard
- Wander around looking lost until I somehow make my way to the piano exam place somewhere on Clarence Street
- Meet Bonnie (if I can make it in time) and provide moral support
- Meet Jessica (maybe) and grab something to eat
- And wait for other people to get there.
This is gonna be so dangerous fun.
I started reading his chapter reviews on the Hunger Games and his commentary on it is pretty funny and informative - even though I've already read the series. And then I click on his "Mark Reads Twilight" reviews and his whole tone changes.
He HATES the series. Like absolutely HATES it. All his reviews each chapter of Twilight sounds something like:
Chapter 1:In which I regrettably begin to read Twilight and it’s clear I’m going to hate every moment of this...
Chapter 2:In which Mark realizes very early how unrealistic and creepy this book is by the second chapter...
Chapter 7:In which Mark declares this book as the very worst book ever almost entirely based on how Bella surfs the Internet, and then learns that she gets emo over Linkin Park. This is AWFUL...
Chapter 12:In which Mark reviews the entire chapter using only two images...Until it ends with:
Mark Finishes Twilight – In which Mark decides he cannot live in a household with these four books still existing in it, so he hides them all around Los Angeles with notations to read this very blog. Again, sometimes I’m too clever for my own good. Oh well. As far as I know, no one has ever found the books and contacted me about them. Maybe I’ll never know what happened to them.
I read Twilight back in Year 6 and actually, I really liked it. That was back when no-one knew what Twilight was. Then there was the phase where EVERYONE loved Twilight and you would see girls carrying copies around at school etc. Now its gone to the "IF YOU LOVE TWILIGHT WE WILL COME KILL YOU IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND DUMP YOUR BODY IN PROSPECT CREEK" stage. But seriously, do people have to hate so much? ITS JUST A BOOK FOR GOD'S SAKE. I know the themes and characters piss people off but c'mon. No one's forcing anyone to read it. But I guess it can't be helped that Twilight is synonymous with "screaming 15 year olds who love Robert Pattinson". I swear, the movie gets more exposure than the book does.
But I digress.
I've gone WAYYY off topic. What I wanted to say was despite all my disapproval towards the Twilight hate, I TOTALLY LOVE THIS GUY'S REVIEWS. Seriously, for Chapter 12 of Eclipse he got sick of writing about it and decided to only comment on the chapter using Mean Girls quotes.
e.g:
■Alice: "Don't be a baby about this. No tantrums."
Boo, you whore.
■"So you're--I mean we're--having a graduation party. It's no big thing. Nothing to freak out over. But I saw you would freak out if I tried to make it a surprise party"--she danced out of the way as Edward reached over to muss her hair--"and Edward said I had to tell you. But it's nothing. She thinks she's gonna have a party and invite me? Who does she think she is? I like INVENTED her, you know what I mean?

My tutor class ended at 6:00 today. And Tian's dad didn't come to pick me up until 6:57. Sigh.
I guess that's not too bad. At least he remembered? LOL. If it was my mum, she would have totally forgotten I even had tutoring. Like two Fridays ago, she forgot to pick me up after MH and I ended up having to walk home. And when I got there, she said "Where were you?"
As you can see, I have a very loving family.
Anyways that's not what I wanted to say. What I wanted to say was: I am a genius. I should totally go work in the advertising industry because I have made the catchiest jingle in the history of.... catchy jingles. I swear, its even better than the commerce presentations from Year 8.
