Dear Diary Blog
*insert holy music*
Yesss... Those days of crappy quality pictures are all behind me now. From now on, I will take GOOD QUALITY PICTURES. Oh yeh!
Funnily enough, the first thing I took a picture of was my sister's butt... well who told her to block my view of the tv screen? >:(
When your sister does something you've already done...
Except better.
Such as go to an orientation night for high school.
& come back telling you how great it was,
how excited she is,
& how much she already loves that school.
It feels...
Strangely dispiriting?
disheartening?
depressing?
I suppose it feels,
strange.
ZOMG. Have youse seen the new, new moon trailer? It's so awesomely awesome. There's more action and suspense in it. The director looks like he's done a good job with it - I can't wait =D My only regret is that he didn't get to do the first one. That first one was a pitiful excuse for a film. PITIFUL I TELL YOU.
In answer to Anita's question, yes, I still blog :) even though it seems like no one else does...
I'm so proud of myself. I did FOUR of those science assignment thingos today without a break in between. ^^ So proud of myself for not getting sidetracked. I did play some point & click games and dressupgames at the beginning but... that's beside the point.
There's not much to say about school. Umm... in science, our paper mache star was such a FAIL that poor juliana had to do it all again at home. But she said she didn't mind so yeh. Seriously though, our first one looked like something that got run over, pushed back into shape and then jabbed 100 times by some vicious bird. LOL.
My sister's been doing many performances lately. Tonight, she danced at the Gillawarna Festival or some shit like that and my dad recorded the whole show. Guess what song the choir sang? Under the Southern Skies- Nikki Webster :L Brings back memories, doesn't it nanc? *wink wink nudge nudge*
What else did I do at school? Erm.. me, hannah and tian made a halfish-singing group at recess and we sang (atrociously) any of the lame songs we could come up with. In maths, I had the quadratic equation song stuck in my head. I bludged in english cuz I finished english rules (H) and yes I realise none of youse want to hear about these insignificant little details of my life so I'll just stop here.
P.S. I hope people start blogging again... I have nothing to read when I'm bored :(
LOL, what happened to blogging? Did it suddenly die off and become extinct? I was gonna blog yesterday but I used up my 70 GB. However, my net got renewed today so YAY! Back to draining it all by watching Bleach =D
On Friday night, I went to my sister's drama thingo. It was held at Campbelltown Art Gallery and me, tian and my family arrived at 7:30pm. Basically, it was many schools (high + primary) coming together and presenting a series of short acts. The show went on for approximately 2 hours with a 20 minute interval and my sister had three lines. Yes, you heard right, 3 lines. Ah wells, it was entertaining though. Those people are so FREAKIN' TALENTED. Especially the ones that came from Performing Arts High School.
Here's a rundown of some acts:
- One was about a girl who had insomnia. The whole act was about her staying awake at night. Sounds boring but it was entertaining, especially when she started going insane and talking to herself
- Another item was about a group of children/teens who sneak into a murderer's house while he's away. They're having lots of fun when suddenly, he comes back with a dead body. It kinda confused me but in the end, the children murdered him O_O
- My sister's one was called "The Jabben" and it was about little itsy bitsy monsters that evolved because of humans littering. Enough said.
- One was set in a hospital and there were cockroaches in someone's ear. Nice.
- The one I really really liked was the last one. I didn't really understand it but the acting was so AWESOME. It was by some performing arts high school. I think this group of weird scientists were experimenting on a robot human or something. They were trying to unravel the mysteries of human kind and their feelings, e.g. love. There was an agent called "Agent Gay" and he wore makeup and kept shouting, "OMG BRITNEY, BRITNEY!" LOLs.
There were many more acts but I can't be bothered describing them all. I've gotta go buy a new camera cuz my sis broke my old one at camp. I don't mind though, I'm gonna get a brand new one that doesn't take shitty quality photos =D
If you haven't read the first one "Hunger Games", I suggest you do straightaway, before it becomes a full on craze (like what happened with twilight). & I'm not lying when I say its really good. It's REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD.

Nanc, I now understand why you were so scared about ppl falling through your roof. OMG the roof is SHAKING!! & the fat person who's standing up there keeps sneezing. My sister said that she was about to change clothes and then realised that there was a ladder near her window and a man was climbing up that ladder O_O
Today I went swimming with my sister and afterwards, we bought slushies and scallops. Haha I think we ate more than we excercised... I then went Livo and bought...
YAYAYAYAYAY! I've already read up to chapter 5 and its so goooooooood. (& sad as well). I nearly cried at pages 75 - 77. I'm trying to read the book slowly cuz I don't want it to end. lols. BTW othilia, nancy and bonnie, peeta is mine. Youse can all have Haymitch :)
At Coles, my dad was being his usual cheap self. You know how you can get like 4% off fuel if you spend 30 bucks or more at Coles? Well, my dad was splitting up all our groceries into 3 groups, each worth 30 bucks, and paying for them seperately so he could get more of those discounts. One group was only worth $28 and so he said to the checkout dude, "Can I add one more thing to this pile?" T_T His cheapness never fails to amaze me.
At the end of the day, he's only gonna be saving 3 x 0.4 x 50L. Which is basically, 6 bucks. Heh, might as well not go to all that trouble and put those Arnott biscuits back onto the shelf...
The movie wasn't overly funny, like how the episodes usually are but there were lots of cute parts (aka the horse eating her wig).
Before:
Don't they look awesome? :D Especially Dakota Fanning. I loooove those red red eyes. From these pictures, I get the feeling that new moon is gonna be better than twilight. If it does turn out to be better, my only regret would be that this director didn't get to direct Twilight :(

SA SA MOKU!!
was the new word I learnt today :) Actually it's supposed to be sa sa baby but I substituited moku (fag) into it. Either way, it's gonna sound weird so w/e.
Tomorrow is the dreaded monologue. At least I hope I get to say it tomorrow cuz I've spent the whole week waiting for my name to be drawn out of the hat. I could've used that time wisely to edit my present speech but I felt too lazy. There were lots of ppl in my class who had really good speeches that were funny/dramatic and compared to them, my speech sucks shit. Oh well... :(
Lunch today was fun :L Othilia, Bonnie and I were standing near the light area and ambushing people - kind of like the mexican wave thingo except everytime someone walked past, we would shout, "WHY DON'T YOU LIKE ME?!?" At first, I kept cracking up and could only say, "WHY DON'T YOU - PFFFFFFF *insert hysterical laughter*" cuz it was too embarassing. I sounded like a crazy person -.-' But in the end, we finally managed to say it without cracking up. Unfortunately, one of the people who walked past was my reading buddy so I'm guessing that on Friday, she's gonna be giving me strange looks while reading.
In music, we had to listen to Ms H play THAT song. I'm not sure but I think she's played THAT song to our class at least 3 times. If I hear her play THAT song one more time, I'm gonna spontaeneously combust. One of the things we're doing in music this term is, we finally get free choice in what song we want to play. I'm thinking of doing Howl's Moving Castle but its a bit complicated cuz 1. there aren't enough parts, and 2. othilia's not sure if she can play it on violin. Ah wells, we've got heaps more time to pick, I guess.
I'm gonna end off here with the two books you MUST READ. When I say must read, I mean READ-OR-ELSE-I'LL-COME-BASH-YOU. ok? ^^
- Beastly - which I mentioned was gonna be turned into a movie.
- & The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
What are you waiting for man? READ.
It's been a while since I've done any quizzes :) So during my break from tutoring hw, I did some. LOLs. Here are my results:What Colour Should Your Hair Really
Be?
Brunette
You are the genius of the group. You always get what you want whether the people providing whatever it is realize it
or not. You love to read and gain knowledge. You don't normally enjoy sports or
physical workouts, but you put up with them anyway, for it's all in your plan.
You are the one people come to for advice, for they see you as a leader, even
though you don't qualify for the role.
*sigh* I wanted some other cool/wacky colour (like black with purple highlights or red) but I got stupid brunette. The sport thing is kind of true. What tv/movie/book character are

song included)
Bad...
Are you okay? If you answered correctly, your
year will most likely be bad. Don't freak out! I could be wrong, I mean this is
a homemade quiz. But if you would like to read further, please do so. You tend
to not participate in extra curricular activities. And you hate school functions
such as football games and the occasional pep rally. Stop sitting
around! Get off your a** give in to the clichés of having school spirit. All the
while, having fun and kicking back with your friends. It's the only way. Now,
you might be happy with your lifestyle and that's fine. I can't change that.
