This is a post about the new people who've been cast in the Hunger Games lol, so feel free to skip if you're not interested.

The current list of tributes so far: one boy and one girl from each district. Ahh yes, just look at all those expectant young faces, waiting to be slaughtered by the people around them.
First paparazzi shot of "blonde" Josh Hutcherson. Apparently it takes a few times to totally dye your hair. I don't know, I'm not style savvy. Oh and there are rumours that he's dating Vanessa Hudgens, hence the reason she's also in the pic. I ain't judging. But seriously, whoever Josh dates after he takes on this role is gonna have to handle the public scrutiny cause already, there are crazy fans on all the Hunger Games fansites telling Vanessa to "stay away from our bread boy!"
Crazy bitches, don't they know that he already belongs to me? LOL, jks jks.
Rue and Thresh respectively. The actors names are: Amandla Stenberg and Dayo Okeniyi. I actually think they've done a good job with Rue and Thresh. I mean, Rue actually looks like.... Rue. How strange.
Elizabeth Banks (Scrubs, Spiderman, Role Models, etc.) as Effie. Also a pretty good job.
John C. Reilly (Step Brothers, Chicago) as Haymitch. Not confirmed but it's pretty obvious that he has gotten the role. Guy's been nominated for an Oscar so I'm not complaining. If everything else goes alright, this should be a good movie. I mean they've got TWO actors who've been nominated for prestigious film awards on their cast. It's gonna be difficult stuffing this up... unless your name is Catherine Hardwicke and you directed a film called "Twilight". If that is the case, then you deserve to die in all the fires and if you come within 100m of the Hunger Games movie, then I will personally blowtorch your head :)
Jessica, I was gonna blog about my trip but I figured there was just too much to say. Seriously talking about every single thing that happened for 14 days would be fun but I don't think I have time :( Stupid piano exam/english extension essay/music composition/legal assignment/history extension project won't give me the time :(
Maybe one day I'll just dot point the most exciting things. Yeh I'll probaby do that but not until my piano exams are over. Sigh. Damn, I also made videos of awesome things such as filming the chocolate guy in Belgium make chocolates and going up the Eiffel Tower but I don't have time to post them.
So this will probably be my last post in Australia for a while. I'm leaving on Sunday at around 10:40, my flight's at 2pm and it's gonna be for like, 22 hours (with a stopover in Thailand). I'll get to France the next day, possibly very jet lagged - maybe too jet-lagged to enjoy anything. Oh wells. I don't think I'll be blogging while I'm overseas, mainly because I don't know if I'll have the time (or internet) and also because blogspot is a bitch when it comes to uploading photos. On the other hand, I'll probably be using facebook a lot and uploading my photos (and hopefully videos) there.
I don't really know what photos and stuff I'll be able to take though. I really really want to record everything so I can share the experience with everybody back home but then again, I don't really want to be obsessed with taking photos and videos every step of the way, just in case I miss out on what's actually happening.
And BTW, I am still megally unhappy about all the Japanese students who didn't get to go on their trip. We could have all been going overseas at the same time and if the roles were reversed and I'd been the one who couldn't go, then I probably would have cried for a week. So here's my schedule if anyone's interested. I've condensed it to just a really basic outline so that you guys can kind of get an idea of where I am - if you're interested.

I spent the double period in legal today googling the hotels, more specifically the Villa di Sorrento in Sorrento. ITS SO PRETTY. It overlooks the bay of Naples and there's an open deck thingo at the top. Here, I'll show you pictures :)
The link's here if anyone's interested in seeing more pictures: http://www.villadisorrento.it/gallery.php
Oh and yes, I am perfectly aware that every photo I have posted here is from Google images and therefore the real thing probably does not look as nice. Knowing my luck, it will probably rain while I'm in Paris or something. Ah well, doesn't hurt to dream.
So I'm just gonna finish off here. I hope everyone enjoys their holidays! And I really hope I don't get homesick over there LOL. Cause that might happen.... two weeks is a long time. Well, see you on the other side!
Au Revoir!
Awesome Quote of the Day:
Fred Weasley: How're you feeling Georgie? George Weasley: ..... saint-like. Fred Weasley: .... come again? George Weasley: Saint-like (points to ear) George Weasley: I'm holey.
Happy Birthday Jessica!! (L)(L)(L) You can take your driver's knowledge test now lols :D Man it's so weird, I've always thought of you as older than me. Maybe its cause you just seem much more.... what's the word? Mature? No. More experienced than me? I CAN'T PUT IT INTO WORDS. But yeh, hehe, happy birthday XD
I got sent to the principal's office today. I walked into the office and the two deputies were there as well and my immediate reaction was "Oh shit." It's like that feeling that you get when you see a policeman on the street - the knee-jerk reaction of fear when you haven't even done anything wrong. LOL yeh, that's what happened to me. And then Mr M goes, Cynthia, please take a seat, and the first thing that went through my head was, "Crap, I failed the history extension half yearly." I know, illogical, but I couldn't help it.
Anyways, turns out that I'm getting award for doing well on the school cert. and I'll have to go to an award presentation thingo at Sydney Uni, apparently. I didn't even know you could get an award for the school certificate O_O. Ha, well there you go. It's gonna be on the Thursday, first day back of school and apparently I'm gonna get prize LOL. I betcha 20 bucks its a voucher. Well, it's kinda cool I guess. Now I can rub it in my sister's face and go, "LOOK WHO'S THE FAIL CHILD NOW??" hehe I'm joking :) But still, she's always telling me how her school is a bijillion times better than mine because they have more money and better facilities. WELL LET'S SEE YOU GET ONE OF THESE THEN, SHALL WE? jks jks. You already know I'm better than you, right CK?
I had the most retarded dream ever. And I've had really retarded dreams over the years. Remember that one where I was Princess Speck? lols. Well this one took the cake. It wasn't weird in the sense that strange stuff happened (like me turning into a pink dot or getting chased by a hillbilly), it was weird because it seemed so real. And when I woke up, it was like "Dammit :( I wish that was real."
What else did I want to say? Oh that's right, JOSH HUTCHERSON AND LIAM HEMSWORTH HAVE BEEN CAST AS PEETA AND GALE RESPECTIVELY IN THE HUNGER GAMES MOVIE. I don't mind Josh Hutcherson as Peeta I guess. But ew, Liam Hemsworth? I can't help associating that name with Miley Cyrus. I smell another Twilight on the horizon.....
Josh Hutcherson as Peeta (maybe if they dyed his hair and made him wear contacts, he'll look a little bit like Peeta? It's the acting that counts anyway right?):
Liam Hemsworth as Gale (errrr, I don't have anything to say to this):
Awesome quote is awesome: Lieutenant Daniel Taylor: Have you found Jesus yet, Gump? Forrest Gump: I didn't know I was supposed to be looking for him, sir.I'm typing this while watching Diary of a Wimpy Kid (which apparently is not that good a movie) so sorry if nothing I type makes sense.
Today was a normal day. I spent first two periods learning about sexual symbols in Turn of the Screw LOL. Apparently when the little girl, Flora builds a boat by screwing two pieces of wood together, that is suggestive.... of something. HAHAHAHAHAHA omg, Greg just peed on his totally uber hot brother.
Ok, I'll stop being shallow.
Anyways, after extension english, I had a double free period and I basically spent it talking about Europe with Ms P. The conversation went something like, "Have you packed yet Cynthia?" "No, but I'm gonna start this weekend. OMG it's next week!" "I know! I'm so excited!!" "Me too!!" "Omg, I can't wait" "I know, omg!" "Yeh, omg!".
Huh, I really can't watch a movie and blog at the same time. I think I'll just stick to doing one thing. Please excuse the crappy blog post, I'll write something better next time...
